I operate this website as a natural person. The current public version does not provide direct sales, payment, account registration or online contract formation.
2. Technical data related to website use
The website is delivered using Cloudflare infrastructure. When the site is opened, technical information such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, security and traffic data may be processed.
The purpose is to operate the website securely and reliably, identify errors and protect against harmful or unauthorised traffic. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.
Service provider: Cloudflare, Inc., USA.
At launch, adriennsimon.com does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Hotjar or any separate marketing or audience analytics system.
3. Web fonts
The current version of the website loads fonts through Google Fonts. When fonts are loaded, the browser connects to Google services and technical connection data such as the IP address may be transmitted. This service is not used for adriennsimon.com's own analytics or advertising purposes.
4. Contact by email
If you contact me by email, I process the information you voluntarily provide with the message. This may include your email address, your name if provided, the content of your message and any additional information you choose to share.
The purpose is to respond to the enquiry and maintain communication. The legal basis is legitimate interest in conducting the communication. If an enquiry later relates to steps prior to entering into a contract, the applicable legal basis may change accordingly.
Email enquiries and related information are retained for no longer than 12 months after the communication ends, unless a longer period is required for legal or contractual reasons.

6. Adrienn Simon Notes and Substack
Adrienn Simon Notes is available at notes.adriennsimon.com. Subscription is free and the publication is provided through Substack.
Adriennsimon.com links to the Notes publication through an ordinary external link; the main website does not embed a Substack form or iframe. The Substack service opens only if you follow the Notes link.
If you subscribe on the Notes site, the primary personal data required is your email address. Substack may also process technical, subscription and activity data generated through use of its service. The purpose is to manage subscriptions, deliver Notes by email, maintain the subscriber list and operate the publication. The legal basis is the subscriber's consent, which can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe option included in Substack emails.

7. External links and social media
The website contains ordinary outbound links to LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify and Facebook, as well as the Notes publication and an email link. Opening an external service takes you to that provider's site, where its own privacy and cookie rules apply.

The current public version of adriennsimon.com does not use its own marketing or analytics cookies and does not embed third-party signup forms or social-media widgets.
Cookies or similar technologies used by external services — including Substack — become relevant only after you follow a link and open that provider's service. More information is available on the Cookies page.

Cloudflare, Google and Substack are US-based service providers, so certain data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. The relevant providers apply transfer safeguards required under applicable data protection rules.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable data protection law, you may request information and access, correction or deletion, restriction of processing, object to certain processing and, where the conditions apply, request data portability.
Where processing is based on consent, consent can be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
